Generally, I wouldn't ask the opinions of people who dislike me, so if you're going to start some nuts about this, save it. Unless you're going to give contructive thoughts about the RP idea, then don't speak at all, understand? Naga speak. No habla. In whatever language you want it from, I don't want anything other than RP discussion. Also, this idea is not final, I'm seeking your opinions to solidify this mass of ideas in my head. Now then. To business *walks up to big shiney desk with my name on it* First off, I would like to announce that I have no official title, seeing as how I don't know what it'll be about. This will be a crossover RP of some sort. I'm thinking some combination of any of these. Lilo and Stitch (I'll work this into just about anything, this is probably going to be a definate), Timesplitters (*smirks, glancing at blob*), and Halo (possibly Metroid as well).
Now then, I have a basic story to use that involves having ALL of the subjects mentioned, so here it is.
It's been 7 years since the capture of Leroy, things have been on extra tight watch in the galactic federation. For fear that Leroy could break out of prison, security measures have been increased tenfold to keep the superpowered experiment under control.
Meanwhile, the war with the covenant is raging harder than ever. Since the discovery of earth, things are being razed left and right. National monuments have been destroyed. Entire cultures are being exterminated. The marines are becoming stressed for help, and are hiring bounty hunters to help the struggle. One good note, however, is that since the Timesplitters have been elimated, the stress on the world is far less than before. The federation, as well as the UNSC units, are now seeking their hero's once again. Hiring the best in the business to come and command troops upon the frontline. The best have been assembled. Stitch, Sergeant Cortez, John 117 (aka Master Chief), and several of the galaxy's greatest bounty hunters, have all been assembled as a call to arms. The call? Fight, band together... or be destroyed
The RP would start off at the council meeting. I would have a registration form for the characters, and I would also control story posts (aka major happenings around the cosmos). Hmmm... even just typing that little amount up, I already have several story scenarios in my head. So, what do you think?

Personally, I only know a respectable amount about Lilo & Stitch, and a fair amount of Halo (well, er, only the general storyline circling the first one, I never did get around to buying Halo 2 XD) so I'd have to do a little research into the Timesplitters & Metroid worlds first
But yeah, I LOOOOOOVVVEEE! Lilo & Stitch, so I'd do my best to join in ^_^ (even though I got suckered into a third RP, so my time's getting a little stretched lol)

Oook. I'll clear this up for you all. (be prepared for a triple post)
Lilo and Stitch: An extra-terrestrial mad scientist named Dr. Jumba Jookiba (voiced by David Ogden Stiers) is imprisoned for illegally experimenting and creating creatures to cause chaos and destruction. His latest experiment is Number 626 (voiced by Chris Sanders): a cute, little, blue alien who is deceptively strong, fast, intelligent, destructive and indestructible.
On his way to a penal colony, 626 escapes and crash lands on the small Hawaiian island of Kauaʻi, on Earth. Masquerading as a dog (but looking more like a koala), 626 is adopted by a little girl named Lilo Pelekai (voiced by Daveigh Chase) who is living with her 19/20 year-old sister Nani (voiced by Tia Carrere) after their parents died in a car accident. Lilo is lonely and a bit of an outcast until she finds a new friend in 626, whom she names "Stitch." She treasures a doll (which she made herself) named Scrump and a photo of her family.
Lilo tries to teach Stitch to behave using Elvis Presley and his music as a model for good behavior. Despite Lilo's somewhat successful attempts to modify Stitch's behavior, his destructive tendencies make life difficult for everyone, especially Nani. Since they are constantly being monitored by a social worker, former Central Intelligence Agent and current interplanetary diplomat Cobra Bubbles (voiced by Ving Rhames), Lilo is at risk of being placed in foster care if their living conditions do not improve. Nani is attempting to provide a stable home environment for Lilo by finding steady employment.
Making matters even more difficult for Lilo and Nani are Jumba Jookiba and Galactic Agent Pleakley (voiced by Kevin McDonald), who attempt to capture Stitch. After their failure, a shark-like alien named Captain Gantu (voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson) is assigned to capture Stitch. After Captain Gantu captures Lilo by accident, Jumba and Pleakley manage to capture Stitch, but they are stopped by Nani after she finds out that Stitch shows emotions of 'ohana, which means family and that nobody gets left behind or forgotten. She pleads Jumba to save Lilo from Gantu, and he reluctantly does so.
Employing Jumba's spaceship, they and Gantu give chase around the Hawaiian mountains. Stitch manages to land on Gantu's ship and attempts to free Lilo but Gantu reconfigures the angle of the afterburners to blast Stitch off the ship. In a momentary state of unconsciousness, Stitch wakes up just in time to save a frog from being run over by a gasoline truck. Hijacking the same truck, Stitch drives it straight into an active volcano. Stitch taunts Gantu and releases the fuel into the lava. The explosion launches Stitch straight into Gantu's cockpit. Gantu tries to smash Stitch but ends up getting thrown off the ship. Stitch rescues Lilo just in time before the ship explodes. When everyone lands in the ocean, David is coincidentally nearby and he helps transport everyone back to shore.
Immediately, The Grand Councilwoman arrives to arrest Stitch, but becomes reluctant to do so when she sees that he has reformed into a civilized creature. Lilo, prodded by Cobra Bubbles, presents her certificate of adoption which makes her Stitch's legal owner, causing the Grand Councilwoman to release the little creature. Stitch's sentence to life in exile provides a loophole; he is now in Lilo and Nani's care as his warders.
Later, Lilo and her classmates are preparing for a hula competition where the winner gets to perform at the local May Day festival. Each student is required to create an original dance. While preparing for the competition, Stitch's past comes back to haunt him. It seems that after Stitch was created, Jumba did not get a chance to fully charge Stitch's molecules before they were both arrested. At first this glitch causes Stitch to revert to his old destructive programming, but it will ultimately destroy him if Jumba cannot create a charging pod before Stitch's energy runs out.
Meanwhile, Stitch's uncontrollable destructive behavior is driving a wedge between him and Lilo and ruining her chances for success at the hula competition. Eventually, the two devise a hula based on the legend of Hi'iaka. Lilo gets mad at Stitch and he sends himself away so he won't hurt anyone he loves. Ultimately, Lilo forfeits the competition to help Stitch, and her love revives him when Jumba's machine cannot.
The next events start out with ex-Captain Gantu on his new spaceship (his original got destroyed in the first film), being hired by Hämsterviel to retrieve the experiments. Meanwhile, on Earth, Stitch is still not fitting in. Lilo tries to encourage him by saying he's one-of-a-kind, comparing him to Frankenstein. Naturally, that just makes him feel worse. Suddenly, a crash is heard from below. Running downstairs, the pair encounters Gantu, breaking into their home. In the ensuing chaoes, Gantu finds and takes a blue ball with the number "625" on it before abducting Jumba for interrogation. Lilo and Stitch manage take Jumba's ship to chase Gantu into space and engage him in battle, before being defeated and falling back towards Earth.
Back at the house, Lilo, Stitch and Pleakley talk and find the container Jumba was hiding. Pleakley decides that these are the other experiments, in dehydrated form. He warns them not to tell anyone or put the experiments in water. Deliberately disobeying Pleakley, Stitch and Lilo retrieve the container and hydrate Experiment 221, who promptly escapes.
Meanwhile, Jumba is being held captive on the ship of Dr. Hämsterviel, who makes his appearance and is surprisingly a small gerbil/poodle/rabbit-like alien. Unable to intimidate Jumba, Hämsterviel activates Experiment 625 to attack him. Fortunately for Jumba, while 625 has all of Stitch's powers, he is incredibly lazy, and a terrible coward.
Meanwhile, Pleakley is able to come into contact with Hämsterviel's ship via telephone. Hämsterviel tells Pleakley that he wants a ransom of the 624 experiments in return for Jumba. When Pleakley informs the other family members what the ransom is, Nani proceeds to call Cobra Bubbles while Lilo and Stitch go out to find 221. When Cobra arrives the next morning, he seems to already know about what happened. Meanwhile, Lilo and Stitch finally catch a troublesome Experiment 221 at a hotel.
The rendezvous time arrives and Pleakley and Cobra show up with the container, not knowing that it contains only 623 experiments. Pleakley hands the container over to Hämsterviel, who is shocked to find that one is missing. Lilo then shows up with Experiment 221 trapped in a glass vase. Announcing that she has named it "Sparky", she says that Sparky is part of Stitch's, and thus her, ohana. Hämsterviel tells her to give him the experiment or Jumba dies.
After several moments of thinking and hearing Cobra, Pleakley, Jumba and Hämsterviel persuading them, Lilo and Stitch set Sparky free and break Jumba from his bonds. On Cobra's signal, the Grand Councilwoman's ship rises out of the nearby ocean and aims several guns at Hämsterviel. Lilo protests, saying that Hämsterviel has the other experiments and Sparky overhears.
Sparky proceeds to use his electrical abilities to blow the power on the Councilwoman's ship, while Hämsterviel and Gantu climb back aboard their own ship with the experiments. In a last attempt to stop Hämsterviel, Lilo and Stitch stow away on it as it leaves, with Sparky following.
Lilo and Stitch manage to swipe the container with the other experiments in it. The struggle for the container between Lilo, Stitch and Gantu results in the releasing the dehydrated pods to rain down on Hawaii. Having captured the heroes, Hämsterviel tells his plans to clone Stitch a thousand times over and orders Gantu to do what he wants with Lilo. While Gantu puts Lilo in a teleportation pod to send to an intergalactic zoo, Stitch is strapped to a weight just heavier than he can lift.
Watching as Stitch tries with all his might to avoid being vivisected by a laser for the cloning process, Sparky thinks and shows that he has reformed by causing the cloning machine to short-circuit. He then breaks Stitch free and the two strap Hämsterviel to the device before rescuing Lilo.
Having locked Hämsterviel in handcuffs, Lilo, Stitch, and Sparky short-circuit Gantu's ship, causing it to crash near a waterfall on Kauai. Landing Hämsterviel's ship back at the rendezvous point, they give Sparky a new home powering an old lighthouse, which hasn't been running in years. They then persuade the Grand Councilwoman to let them rehabilitate the other 623. The Councilwoman places Hämsterviel under arrest and Jumba whispers to Pleakley that he has plans for making Experiment 627.
Lilo and Stitch are given the task of collecting the rest of Jumba's missing experiments, changing them from bad to good, and finding the one place where they truly belong. Meanwhile, the former Captain Gantu and his reluctant partner, experiment 625, try to capture the experiments for the imprisoned Dr. Hämsterviel.
Their mission to capture all 626 experiments and repurpose them on Earth has been completed, so Lilo and her family are honored as heroes by the Galactic Alliance. Jumba is given the key to his laboratory again, Pleakley is offered a post as chairman of Earth Studies at G.A.C.C. (Galactic Alliance Community College) and Stitch (experiment 626) is made Captain of the Galactic Armada and commander of the BRB-9000 (BRB stands for "Big Red Battleship"). Lilo is made Ambassador to Earth and sole guardian of Stitch's "cousins". At first, the others refuse their rewards because they see how sad Lilo is when she finds out they would leave. But at the end of the day, Lilo accepts it and gets ready to say goodbye to her extended family from outer space. Before they leave, Lilo gives Jumba an Elvis record, Pleakley a paperweight (which is actually an Earth rock) and Stitch a necklace with a Tiki Ku (the Hawaiian god of strength), then says her goodbyes.
Meanwhile, Gantu has decided that since he failed in capturing all of the experiments except for 625, he would break Dr. Hämsterviel out of prison. He takes the two-man shuttle, leaving 625 alone.
At Galactic Alliance HQ on Planet Turo, Stitch is given his first assignment - recapture Hämsterviel. Pleakley is first overjoyed at his new position at G.A.C.C., until his assistant tells him that he is merely a supervisory professor—he will teach no classes. Jumba is also happy at first returning to many of his "evil genius" ways, but soon discovers that without anyone to show his accomplishments to, he is as unhappy as the others.
Jumba's sadness is short-lived when Hämsterviel and Gantu burst in. Hämsterviel demands a new and better experiment to defeat the Galactic Alliance. When Jumba refuses, he is forced to do it at laser-point. This new creation has all of Stitch's powers and then some, with some doubled fur. After running through several names and one number (Experiment 627, which Gantu reminds Jumba he already created), Hämsterviel names this new monstrosity: Leroy.
Stitch blasts through the door, seeking to capture Hämsterviel. After a fight that destroys Jumba's lab, Stitch is defeated when Pleakley appears at an unfortunate moment, distracting Stitch long enough for Leroy to lock him in a container. Hämsterviel then reveals his master plan: to clone an army of Leroys to take over the Galactic Alliance. Before leaving for Turo, Hämsterviel locks Jumba, Pleakley and Stitch in Pleakley's G.A.C.C. space vehicle, with its autopilot set to send the ship into a black hole.
Back on Earth, Lilo makes the rounds to ensure that all of the "cousins" are still happy in their "one true place". After a confrontation with Mertle (who tells Lilo that she thinks Stitch ran away because she was too weird), Lilo decides to contact Stitch. After calling Cobra Bubbles (and getting his answering machine), Lilo realizes that there is still one inter-galactic videophone on the planet: Gantu's ship. Lilo offers 625 a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. 625 is touched since no one has ever made him a sandwich before, but still remains suspicious of Lilo. When she asks about the videophone, 625 says it is broken and he won't fix it. Lilo notices that 625 doesn't have a name and, after several bad sandwich puns, settles on "Reuben" (as in the Reuben sandwich). Thankfully, the newly named Reuben likes his name very much and helps Lilo.
Once the videophone is fixed, Lilo contacts the BRB-9000. Leroy tries to pass himself off as Stitch, and only manages to fool 625. Lilo knows that Leroy is not Stitch because he does not have the tiki necklace. Leroy blasts the communication screen. Hämsterviel decides on a new task for Leroy: go to Earth and capture all of the other experiments so that he may destroy them.
Lilo, sensing Stitch is in trouble, asks Reuben for help fixing Gantu's ship because he has almost all the same powers as Stitch. After some reluctance, he agrees and uses his powers for the first and only time in the entire series. Soon, Gantu's ship is space-worthy, but as they leave, Leroy crashes on Earth in Mertle's backyard (in much the same manner as Stitch in the original movie).
As Jumba, Pleakley, and Stitch head towards the black hole, Stitch escapes confinement and quickly frees the others. However, the navigational computer is locked on course for the black hole. Jumba says that the black hole will teleport them to a volcanic planet where they will be instantly vaporized, but if they can disrupt the event horizon, it will send them somewhere else. Pleakley pulls out the rock that Lilo gave him and asks if this will work. After Jumba says it is too heavy, Stitch takes a bite out of it, then crawls out the front of the vehicle and throws it at the black hole. There is a flash and the vehicle is sucked in.
On Earth, Leroy obtains Lilo's scrapbook of "cousins" and quickly captures all of them (as well as Mertle).
Lilo and Reuben have arrived at Turo, but they are too late. Hämsterviel has taken over using Leroy and he orders Gantu to lock them up, then turn in his I.D. card and cape. Gantu captures Lilo and Reuben, but a few minutes later, Gantu decides to release them because Hämsterviel fired him. After a close call with several Leroy clones, they are trapped. All looks lost until the G.A.C.C. van suddenly appears (from the black hole). With no time to explain, Lilo, Reuben and Gantu all climb in and head for Earth.
On Earth, the original Leroy has herded all the experiments into a large stadium, which appears to be based on real Aloha Stadium (where "Alohapalooza", a fictional event, was scheduled). The BRB-9000 appears and Hämsterviel prepares to obliterate all of the experiments, until a timely appearance by Lilo, Stitch and the others destroys the BRB's primary cannon. Hämsterviel is unfazed and reveals that he brought along his Leroy army as backup. Stitch rallies his "cousins", and the experiments begin to battle. Clearly the Leroys are more than a match for the good guys. Then, Jumba realizes that he did program a shut-down command into Leroy. When the original Leroy was created, Jumba was playing Lilo's record, which had a copy of Elvis Presley's song "Aloha 'Oe". If Leroy hears that song again, it will cause him, theoretically, to deactivate. Lilo, seeing the equipment set up for the concert, devises a plan.
With Jumba controlling the sound, Pleakley on lights, and Gantu providing fireworks, Stitch pops out on-stage in full Elvis attire. He begins to play "Aloha 'Oe", and thankfully, the Leroys shut down. His plan foiled, Hämsterviel is recaptured. All the 'cousins' remaining on earth All the 'cousins' remaining on earth
Many of Stitch's "cousins" are featured in this group photo taken at the end of Leroy & Stitch.
Back at Galactic Alliance HQ, the Grand Councilwoman calls Lilo and the others "heroes of the Alliance". Stitch and the others ask to go back home then. The Grand Councilwoman accepts this, then asks Gantu if he would like to be reinstated as Captain of the Armada. Gantu agrees, on one condition: that Reuben be assigned to his ship as its Galley Officer.
Back on Earth, Lilo sets up for one last picture. Mertle arrives with Gigi (during the battle, Mertle learned that Gigi could talk and was one of Jumba's experiments). Though Mertle still thinks Lilo is weird, she says that Gigi wants to be part of the "ohana". Lilo's last picture is of all of the experiments still on Earth.
Meanwhile, Lilo has already found out where Leroy and his clones belong-in jail. Before the ending credits, the clones of Leroy happily dance to Elvis Presley's song, "Jailhouse Rock", with an angry Dr. Hämsterviel tapping his feet.

Timesplitters: In the midst of a war between humanity and the TimeSplitters, an alien race bent on the destruction of mankind. However, rather than invade, they are using the time crystals to travel through time changing the course of history, bringing Earth to ruin.
Two space marines from Earth, Sergeant Cortez and Corporal Hart, are sent out to a space station overrun by TimeSplitters to retrieve the time crystals. However, when they reach the bridge, they are too late as they see the last few TimeSplitters take the time crystals into the past using the time portal they built. Then, some other TimeSplitters try to break through the door to get into the room. Corporal Hart decides to try to hold them off while Cortez goes into different time periods of the past to retrieve the time crystals.
Upon arrival at each time period, Cortez take the form of a person from that period of time similar to Quantum Leap. For example, when Cortez arrives in the Wild West, he takes the form of a cowboy, and when he arrives in a 24th century robot factory, he takes the form of a robot.
After Cortez retrieves all of the time crystals, he returns to the space station to meet with Hart. The TimeSplitters outside finally break open the door and move into the room and fight. Corporal Hart is killed in the battle. Cortez then proceeds to set the space station to self destruct and he escapes on his ship just before it blows up.
Sgt. Cortez returns to Earth from his mission involving the destruction of the TimeSplitters' space station. On the way down, his ship's engine is damaged by gunfire and he is forced to make an emergency landing. After he lands, he helps the marines battle the TimeSplitters and returns to the Rebel base with the Time Crystals, where he is sent on through time to find the original source of the Time Crystals. Before Cortez enters the facility, he sees a black clothed figure watching him.
After being sent back in time to 1924, Cortez infiltrates an island castle that is about to be attacked by the Royal Navy. In the meantime, he helps Captain Ash, a cheerful old chap, rescue his "assistant," the Jungle Queen, by infiltrating a castle on the island. Cortez comes upon a wormhole in the castle, Anya says; he talks to his past self (past, meaning a few minutes ago). After fighting his way through numerous guards and past a tank, when he reaches the seeming heart of the base underneath the island, he confronts an old man, but he finds him only for the man to activate a time device and vanish. Cortez discovers a picture detailing the area where the "old man" may have teleported to; he is teleported to a Russian trainyard.
In the trainyard in 1969, he meets Special Agent Harry Tipper, who was doing some reconnaissance on his arch nemesis Khallos, an evil genius; Khallos is apparently going to meet with the leader of a cult group, known as "The Brotherhood of Ultra Science," according to Harry. Together, the pair infiltrate the trainyard. The mystery "old man" escapes once more, but Cortez is forced to help Harry stop Khallos' plan, and thus boards Khallos' missile train. Cortez follows Tipper onto Khallos' train to help him stop Khallos from launching the nuclear missile that was stolen from the French; and preventing the train from running over his girlfriend, Kitten Celeste.
Cortez learned that the "Time Traveler" had a base of operations in a "haunted" manor in Connecticut in 1994 to do his research. While searching for him, Cortez comes across a teen named Jo-Beth Casey, who is there to take photographic proof of paranormal activity in the mansion, in order to join a gang. In the mansion, they discover zombies and the antagonistic ghost of a little girl. The two fight their way through the mansion until they reach an entrance into the lower areas of the lab. Cortez and Casey reach the bottom of the house and find a secret lab built deep in the ancient catacombs, where the "Time Traveler" did research to find the secret of eternal youth, and discover that his name is Jacob Crow. The only thing Crow managed to accomplish is creating mindless zombies, undead cow carcasses, and a huge creature named "Princess". The young Crow receives a time machine and escapes, along with his older self.
Anya digs further in the past and discovers that Crow was the founder of a corporation known as U-Genix in 2052. At Crow's U-Genix Corporation, Cortez teams up with an agent named Amy Chen to infiltrate the building and find Crow. After swiftly eluding security, they enter the labs at U-Genix. Cortez and Chen find that Crow has still been working on his plans for eternal life. Cortez and Chen end up battling mutants created by U-Genix in their quest for immortality. Eventually, Crow receives the time machine from his younger self and escapes in part thanks to Cortez revealing information he was unaware of at the time, upon confronting him.
Cortez arrives in the middle of a war between the humans and Crow's robot army in 2243. Using a model R-110 robot that Cortez reprogrammed to help the human resistance, he sets off with a team including Angel Forge, Mordecai Jones, Ghengis Kant, and Lazarus Mumble to find Crow. Cortez arrives in the base and immediately finds out that Crow is responsible for the creation of the TimeSplitters. When he confronts Crow in his underground palace, Crow has already turned himself into a giant cybernetic monstrosity, the end result of his research for immortality.
After the climax of their battle, he returns to the island with R-110 to find the source of the time crystals and destroy them. Along the way, he finds out that a group of Time Assassins plan on killing his past self. Cortez disguises himself as one of the Time Assassins and follows them into the portal that they were entering so he can save his past self and helps clear the way, thus allowing for the past Cortez to make it to the base, preserving the cause of the whole mission.
Cortez has the final confrontation with the "Splitter" Crow. Killing Crow and destroying the time crystals leads to the end of the war and humanity is saved. Back at the base, Cortez returns with R-110. With the time crystals taken care of, certain things start to disappear such as Cortez's arm radar/telekinesis and even R-110 himself, much to the dismay of the General. The valley outside of the room's window, once dried up and devoid of life, instantly regrows and life is returned to it. Anya labels Cortez a "hero" and Cortez replies "I know, it's what I do"
