(I remember my friend was in church once, and the pasture said "What is a covenant." My friend is a smartass, so he said "The aliens in halo!" On another note, a few more posts, and we'll be departing for our first mission) (Tera) "That, sir, is why I left the covenant," I said, "the prophets mistake a last resort for an only salvation. Idiots, the loyalists. They even had the gall to slaughter large numbers of my kind. I will kill them all. From each jackel, to the Prophets themselves, this elite will tear out their hearts and roast them on a flame!" Several of my elite underlings heard this, and gave a loud roar of approval before conversing again.

((*giggles* Your friend sounds fun ^_^)) "They...just let medics die? That's really bad...I know Earth isn't much better with all it's beliefs, but your medics have it way worse," Savya declared. "I think I'd go all out to take 'em out too, to be honest," she added. ((Brain dead ))

(Tera) I looked at Savya. "Honestly, from all I've learned, your earth religions weren't that different from ours. Christians have been exterminating entire races of people since it was created," I said, "and many other religions state that certain peoples are not worthy of living. Actually, my favorite earth religion was Buddhism. I like the prospect."

"Religion isn't that great, though I can see why buddism might appeal. Especially since that way our imminent deaths don't seem quite so bad, eh?" Syl spoke almost as if to herself, but she hoped the others would hear. "And it does make a lot of sense to kill medics. It's stupid if they wern't allowed to fight. You'd need a pretty strong prayer in those circumstances. Religion might seem good, then."

((Y'know, I'm beginning to think it might be easier to login after all...I wouldn't have to keep entering that security check xD))
((Maybe time to move plot ahead a bit?))
"...and this is why I'm atheist," Savya said quietly. All this talk of religion was making her bored - no-one could really say anything she hadn't heard before.
((I got a total of 2 hours sleep...and I'm at work for the next oh...9 hours. *dies*))

"That's what I am too, sir," said Bruno. "I don't care if there is a creator. I just live my life."

(Tera) I laughed. "Pitiful humans, you know not your own definitions," I said. I looked at them. "Human male, what you speak of is not atheist, it is agnostic. Agnostic is not denying or confirming existance of gods. Atheist is flat out denying it," I said seriously. Suddenly, a loud voice rang clear. "All troops. Report to your stations. Departure for Tallon IV is in five minutes."

The Master Cheif walked down the halls, amidst the bustling marines, and other aliens he hadn't seen before ever. He felt out of place. He was the only Spartan there. I mean, sure he was a human, but he was taller than every human, and hs entire body was encased in armour. Nonetheless, he set for his station, then he noticed an elite in black and red armour. A colour combination he's never seen before. He came up beside him, looked around and said: " Tallon IV... You know anything about this planet?"

(hehe... Tera's your go to guy for on hand information. His brain stores information like Samus' computer ) (Tera) I nodded at him. This man used to be a demon to me, someone to kill on sight. Now, he was simply an enhanced human. I nodded. "During my days on earth and in the covenant, I studied every planet within a light year of my station. I visited many millions of planets and got field experience as well. From my studies, I have confirmed that Tallon IV is a unique planet. It has many different typed of land. There is the Tallon Overworld, which is a vast, gigantic assortment of fields and jungle-like areas. While called the overworld, it doesn't actually cover the entire planet, just a fair amount of it. From there you can take several different paths. You could go underground to the Volcanic caves of Magmoor, which are un-traversable without some sort of heat management system. You could take a path to the Chozo Ruins, which is inhabited by many types of creatures. This place is built in tune with nature, with little to no technolagy, and what I personally believe to be Ghosts of fallen Chozo warriors. You could also travel to the mines, which, unlike the caves of Magmoor, have extremely high quantities of the mutagen Phazon, instead of Magma. There are also the Ice Plains of Phendrona, which are covered in Ice. These also contain an abandoned Pirate Research facility. The final area is the Impact Site, from when the Phazon Meteor hit. It leads deep into the planet, and contains extremely potent Phazon capable of harming anything not made of Phazon itself."

John appeared to have a blank expression, but under his helmet, he was somewhat amazed at the Sanghelli's response. He instantly had respect for this guy. He knew his planets which would help him gain an advantage. He loaded a MA5C Assault rifle, and stuck it to the magnet on his back, then in his leg holster, he put a pistol, while holding a sniper rifle in his hands.
"What can you tell me about who or what we're up against?"

"...I'm a girl," Savya mumbled at Tres' back. "And, excuse me for getting the terms mixed up...again..." Savya continued to grumble under her breath (just senseless garbage now) as she followed the rest of the soldiers. A familiar whinge broke her sulk. "You were taking ages deliberatly, weren't you?!" her spot-bot (as she fondly nicknamed him) complained. "Did you intend to leave me hovering around outside? No! Forget it, I'm way ahead of you on every excuse you could possibly conjure," "I didn't want to get lost, so sue me," Savya sighed. "...except that one..."
((I thought agnostic was the main character of a story ._.; >_>; *shuts up* Whinge, whinge, whinge, that's all spot-bot ever does outside of missions.))

(Tera) I shook my head. "Unfortunately, Spartan, I can tell you nothing," I said, "we do not know exactly who or what we are up against. I know too little about the pirates to make a difference in combat. If it has anything to do with this rumored 'Dark Samus' I've been hearing about, then we're at a huge disadvantage."

Bruno was walking with them, silent. At the mention of Dark Samus, he merely said," Well, it is just a rumor. It is possible that Dark Samus isn't really there. But if Dark Samus is there, I'll try my best. 150%, then, Elite?

(Tera) I looked back, and nodded. "Very well, your inhuman percentage shall be calculated into the plans," I said jokingly, "now then... I'll see you all on Tallon IV, unless you travel upon my ship. However, I must warn you, it will mostly be Elites aboard my ship, not humans, it's your choice."
