"What to do..." Klaus said to himself " might as well go to the Library and read something" walking in the direction to the Library.

((Happy to wait a short period before launching into next mission, if anyone wants to do a bit of character development. Just lemme know ^^))
Shayna headed almost immediately to her room, weary from the journey, and collapsed on her bed. "Let me sleep this time," she mumbled, burying her head into the blankets.
((Lazy Shayna :3))

Tanya stared at the woman for a few seconds, silent. Eventually she shrugged and said "Bad luck. Still, at least you're alive, even if you did faint from a broken arm." Her voice was still suspicious. "I suppose I should let you get some rest now, but if you're careful with that arm you should be fine for a mission in a day or so. See you around, perhaps." Tanya walked towards the door, keeping one ear out in case the woman had anything to say.
(Sorry, I've been doing my ICT exam - 10 hours of databases >_< - so I havn;'t had much time. Sorry ^_^; )

Klaus grabbed a book from a shelf and started to read it. After looking through some of the pages, he borrows the book and headed to his room. placing the book on a small desk, where he sat down and began reading.

Merely a day after the return from the previous mission, the same familiar pleasant voice rang out. "Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. We have a new mission, so please make your way to the main hall if you are interested. This is an urgent mission and will require teamwork performed to a high standard." ~~~ Shayna growled slightly, lifting her head, the frustration on her face clear. She pushed herself back to her feet and headed straight for the hall. (( Executive decision - made! Blob, post when you can, and good luck with your exams :3))

Katrina sighed. She had just managed to get back to her bedroom, after being dismissed from the infirmary, and there was a mission being called. She would have to take a mission, to practice that ice magic... but she had been hoping to get some time to rest more first.
Oh, well. She turned and started for the main hall.

Tanya woke up as the notice sounded. She grumbled and clutched her pillow, burying her head in the soft fabric for five minutes before finally dragging herself out of bed. She had never been a morning person. After leaving the infirmary the day before she had sat in the library reading until late, not expecting to have to wake up before midday.
A few minutes later, hurridly sorting her hair as she walked, she left her room and headed for the hall. ~ (Yay, a mission ^_^) (Thanks, Kitini - luckilly I havn't got another exam 'till the 5th, so I should be around and about.)

Klaus overheard the notice in the training area, he sighed as he finished kicking a training doll. He begun his walk over towards the hall.

Amanda Truffle was already standing on the balcony above the students as a small number arrived, her face concerned.
When the stream of students finally ceased, she cleared her throat and opened the folder tucked under her arm.
"Good morning. We have an extremely severe situation, so if anyone feels they can not participate, please leave now. We think no less of you," she announced. "Now then. Late last night we received a letter from a man in Ade. It seems that bandits are rather bold in the Hilltop hamlet region, and have attacked his home. There have been several casualties. He also suspects cult involvement, which he'll apparently explain upon student arrival," she explained, once a small number of students left. She paused for a moment as more students left.
"Please be aware that by cult, he likely means the Midnights Eye," she added, sighing slightly as even more students quickly evacuated the room.
"Right then, Klaus, Tanya, Katrina and Shayna, you seem to be the only ones not leaving. The carriage is outside. Please head out there as soon as you're ready," she said.

Tanya shrugged and walked out towards the carriage. "They must be really desperate...Still, I've never seen a real cult before, so this should be fun." Opening the door, she sat in the corner of the carriage, tapping her staff as she waited for the others.

Before Klaus entered the carriage, he drew his sword and checked its blade and sheathed it. He sat on the opposite corner to Tanya "I have to remember to check my weapons before jobs..." Klaus mumbled.

Katrina climbed into the carriage after the first two, sitting across from the man.
"Isn't this sort of... impractical? Why not just build the Academy on the coast, instead? Easier to supply, don't have to go in a silly carriage ride, and there would be some nicer views."

Shayna was the last to join them and thought for a moment of the question. "I suppose they thought it would be easier to defend here. Besides, the coast's over rated," she answered.
((*rests finger on fast forward button*))
The journey was decidedly faster (and rougher) than the last time, not helped by the road to their destination being thickly overgrown, clearly underused. As the carriage pulled in to the small hamlet, not a soul was to be seen. The homes were barricaded and efforts had been made to make them look abandoned, but once the carriage came to a halt, nervous residents peered through the gaps in their boarded up windows.
There was a moment of silence, and then heavy banging could be heard from behind one of the doors. Within seconds, it popped open and an elderly man called for them to enter.

Katrina climbed out of the carriage first. "I think that burning this place down would actually improve the average housing quality of the world. Should we try?"

Klaus exited the carriage next "It's still too early in the morning to end a stupid fool" He then yawned and began to stretch.
